The medical home model at Healthy Kids Pediatric Group coordinates patient care among our practice and the healthcare system as a whole, creating teams that communicate and collaborate more effectively and provide the best care possible. At Healthy Kids Pediatric Group, this patient-centered, team-based approach is the driving force behind everything we do.

3 locations that feel like home

Beyond your child’s primary care physician (PCP), all Healthy Kids Pediatric Group patients have access to a care team that knows the details of their medical history. While your PCP is always available for the scheduled visits that help build a close relationship, you can also seek same-day care at any Healthy Kids Pediatric Group location with any other PCP.

Flexible, more convenient care

While we always give you the option to schedule the next available appointment with your preferred provider, we also give you the option to be seen by any other member of the Healthy Kids team. Visit your usual Healthy Kids Pediatric Group location or any other location that’s more convenient for you — the choice is yours.
