What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
My favorite animated movie is Toy Story.
What is your favorite children's book?
My favorite children's books are The Lord of the Rings, Pepito the Brave, and Bob and Otto.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toy was G.I. Joe.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My greatest inspirations are my parents, who sacrificed so much for me and showed me what it means to be a good parent; my Uncle Joe, who was an amazing internal medicine doctor; and my brothers, who have always been there for me.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
My hobbies and interests include spending time with my family, exercising, playing and watching sports, and attending rock concerts.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I have always enjoyed the thought of taking care of children for as long as I remember. My journey through medical school confirmed this passion.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I always try to explain my thought process to the patient and the parents. I always try to take care of the patients the same way I would take care of my own children.
