The Village is a community of moms (and their 0-18-month-old babies) who come together to chat about all things newborn and postpartum.

Come as you are.

Come for camaraderie.

We offer TWO virtual sessions, so you can join whenever your busy schedule allows!

EARLY SESSION:
Virtual Village
Every Wednesday from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM

EVENING SESSION:
Village After Hours
Every Wednesday from 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

The Village offers a laid-back mix of open format and guided discussion. No question is too big or too small. No topic is off limits. Babies in arms are always encouraged to attend!

PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY

One’s pelvic floor, especially after childbirth, can be an epic mystery. We will tackle your questions, concerns, and conundrums from the proverbial, ‘is this normal?’ to ‘Will I be able to run again?’ Join us to chat all about what’s going on down there! This event is free, virtual and open to the community!
